If the business doesn't have a rating, you need to look into price, solution for your request, etc. That would be the equivalent of calling a business from the yellow pages or from an ad. That is why we urge everyone to provide feedback so everyone can benefit from it.

Yups!! Call them up!! Ask about their qualification and work experience. Reliable people would answer your question in a heartbeat. If not, you probably can sense of they're making it up!
