During the second step, when you are posting a request, you will choose your category. On that page, in the upper right, you will see a suggest a category link. Click that and type in your category. We receive your request immediately for review. Typically, it takes no more than 24 hours for us to update the database.

Having the "suggest a category" only in the 2nd step of the post requests section seems kind of buried. Don't you think it would be a good idea to make it more transparent? Perhaps it should also be available in the Directory screen.
