The work is in Covina 91724.
I need removal and disposal of existing flooring & installation labor only for the following:
250 sq. feet 20"x 20" porcelain tile
120 sq. feet wood laminate
carpet 1 room 15 feet x 13 feet
EXISTING CONDITIONS & NEW INSTALLATIONS:
In the kitchen and connecting dining area their is existing laminate laided on top of 12"x12" vinyl tiles the new tiles are to be installed in this area.
In an entry hall & connecting hallway Their is existing laminate laided on top of 12"x12" vinyl tiles, a rug is in a connecting hallway. The new laminate will be installed in this area.
Their is an existing rug is in a bedroom. The new rug will be installed in this area.
The subfloor is all concrete.

We can charge you $5 per sq ft for the installation of new tile, labor and tools included you supply the material.
$2 per sq ft on laminate installation. All labor and materials included, you would also need to consider that you would need to install new baseboards as well. Removal of exisitng flooring and haul away can be discussed on site.
Our work if profesional, clean and we can provide you with referals and pictures of past work.
