I have a 60-70 foot block wall in my backyard that needs to be about 2-3 feet higher for privacy between my house and the neighbors. The wall has stucco on one side and a brick cap. Your bid should include materials to be used and photos of previous block walls you built. thx

This would be to ad 4 rows at 70 feet long. We would use rebar dowels and match the existing stucco(one side)and replace the brick cap. You can contact me at 562 587 0838 or Longarms42@yahoo.com. I was unable to attatch my pics but can e-mail them to you. THANKS Kevin |
Hello!
Our company is Orange County Block Wall. We are a licensed, bonded OC-based wall contractor.
Please take a peek at our website: www.ocblockwall.com. You will find examples of our work, including stucco'd walls.
Have you spoken with your city yet to determine if they will allow you to do this?
Permitting may be required. Also, just adding blocks on top of an existing wall may not be safe enough (even with anchoring rebar into already hardened concrete.) Usually, this type of job requires a tear-down and complete re-build to be up to code and to be completely safe.
We have had several satisfied customers from Craig's List.
Please give us a call at: 714-326-5045.
We are happy to stop by and give you a free estimate.
Quoting jobs site unseen can give you a rough idea of costs, but there are other factors that need to be accounted for prior to giving an absolute price. (Such as terrain, neighbors, accessibility, etc.)
Call Dan today. You'll be impressed!
Thanks!
This job is going to need a variance we need to see the job and detail drawing in order to pull the appropriate permits.
